Robert Tan explained the remaining proposed edits to the By Laws, relating to how edits to the Constitution and By Laws can be proposed, nominations to the Nominating Committee, language relating to the term of the President, Executive Committee voting privileges for the chair of the Communications Committee, addition to “student” to the faculty-student liaison committee, and several clean-up matters. The Executive Committee approved sending the proposed edits to the By Laws to Council.
