Bio
I’m a Creative Director and run a small multidisciplinary design studio in SoHo. Previously I worked at the New York Times and at Google’s Creative Lab in New York as web and interaction designer. After working on a retail and public opinion startup I decided to start my own design practice: The Office for Visual Affairs. I also started ArtWalk, now Float, a guided walk and app that uncovers stories on New York’s art, architecture and history. I grew up in Ethiopia, Thailand, Egypt and Germany and graduated A’08.
