Biography

Paul Seletsky, AIA, is the founder of ArcSphere LLC, a New York consulting firm dedicated to implementing change within architectural practice and the building industry. Mr. Seletsky was the Director of Digital Design, respectively, for SOM in New York and Kieran Timberlake in Philadelphia. He led staff recruitment and spearheaded initiatives to research, develop, train, and apply digital tools on projects, comprising design and analysis, web collaboration, document delivery, and 3D printing.

Mr. Seletsky was Chair of the AIANY Technology Committee from 2003 to 2013, curating a monthly lecture series exposing attendees to the use of new tools and avenues for improving building design, such as BIM, Smart Geometry and engineering, analysis, Virtual Reality, and full-scale 3D printing

Mr. Seletsky has managed Digital Design technology in both the public and private sectors and has lectured at numerous academic and professional venues worldwide. A registered architect in New York State, he received his architecture degree from Cooper Union.
